François Demachy, Dior’s exclusive perfumer-creator, chose this orange flower essence for a reason – for its unique accents that radiate from the heart of the fragrance – but also out of sentiment, because Vallauris is located in the region of Grasse, where François Demachy grew up, and where Christian Dior found inspiration. In the new Eau de Toilette, the sparkling and zesty side of this neroli is carried along by a lively and cheerful note of blood orange, and mixed with a floral bouquet of damask rose and magnolia, all on a sensual base of Sri Lankan sandalwood essence.
